Results of a Mapping
Update: 5.7.2020
A study of the Conscious Fintech-Meetup-Team together with the knowledge partner to the UN SG’s Task Force, the Green Digital Finance Alliance (GDFA), shows the state of the SDF-art in Germany at the beginning of 2020. How large is the sustainable FinTech-World in relation to the “normal” one, and who are the players? Which SDGs are addressed? Which technologies used? Where are gaps within the Germany policy and regulation?
The measurement of the evolutions in sustainable digital finance (SDF) can help policy makers and regulators harvest up-to-date insight on the sustainable finance market and how it responses to new regulation. And it can also point to ways to innovate financing of the SDGs via the deployment of fintech.
The authors of this study presented the results online at our Conscious Fintech-Meetup #10 on June 30, 2020: Ludwig Schuster, Markus Duscha, Sanika Hufeland.
